Formulation is the process of developing the recipe that makes your product work — selecting the right ingredients, in the right concentrations, combined in the right way to deliver the performance, texture, fragrance, and stability your brand needs.
Our in-house R&D team works across all four major personal care categories — perfume and fragrance, skincare, haircare, and bath & body. Every formula we develop is built around a brief: your target customer, your brand positioning, the market you’re entering, and the performance claims you want to make.
Because formulation and manufacturing happen in the same facility, your formula goes from bench to batch without leaving our Sharjah site — keeping the process clean, fast, and under full quality control.

From brief to bench
to approved formula
Good formulation takes time — but the process is structured, transparent, and collaborative at every stage.
Brief & discovery
We start with a detailed conversation — product category, target customer, performance claims, texture preferences, fragrance direction, regulatory markets, and budget. The clearer the brief, the better the formula.
R&D development
Our formulation team develops initial prototypes in the lab — selecting ingredients, building the base, incorporating actives or fragrances, and running preliminary performance tests. We aim to meet the brief in the first round and iterate from there.
Sample review & feedback
Physical samples are sent to you for evaluation. We ask for structured feedback — what’s working, what needs adjustment, what’s missing. Each round brings the formula closer to the brief until you’re fully satisfied.
Stability & compatibility testing
Once the formula is approved, we run stability testing — accelerated and real-time — to confirm it maintains performance, appearance, and safety across its shelf life and in its intended packaging.
Sign-off & scale-up
You sign off on the final formula. We lock it, document it, and scale it up to production — in the same facility, with the same team, ensuring the production batch matches the sample you approved.
