Consultation
Every project starts with a conversation. We schedule a discovery call to understand your brand vision, your target market, your budget, and the timeline you’re working to. No jargon, no pressure — just an honest discussion about what you want to build and how we can help.
By the end of the first call, you’ll have a clear picture of which products to start with, which services apply to your project, and what a realistic investment looks like.

Formulation
Once the brief is agreed, our in-house R&D team gets to work. For private label projects, this means selecting and preparing the right formulas from our 230+ catalogue. For custom development, our perfumers and cosmetic chemists develop new formulas from scratch — working iteratively until the formula matches your brief exactly.
Custom formulation is a collaborative process. You’re involved at every stage — briefing the scent or actives, reviewing iterations, and approving the final formula before it moves to sampling.

Timeline
2–6 weeks depending on complexity and number of iterations
Sampling
Nothing goes into production until you’ve approved it in your hands. We produce physical samples of every formula — packaged in the bottle and cap you’ve selected, with your label or a placeholder label applied — and send them to you for review.
You test the texture, the scent, the consistency, and the packaging. If anything needs adjusting, we revise and resample. We only move to production once you’ve signed off. There’s no time pressure and no limit on revision rounds for custom development.

Production
Once your sample is approved, we move to full production in our GMP-certified, ISO 9001:2015 facility in Sharjah, UAE. Every batch is manufactured to the exact specification you approved — same formula, same fill weight, same quality standard, every time.
We carry out in-process quality checks at every stage of production — mixing, filling, capping, and packing — to ensure consistency across the full batch before anything leaves the facility.

Testing & Compliance
Every product we manufacture is tested through accredited third-party laboratories — stability testing, challenge testing, microbiological testing, safety assessment, and patch testing where required. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA), Certificate of Conformance (CoC), and MSDS are available on request (additional service).
For UAE and GCC market entry, we guide you through MOHAP registration and Montaji submission. For EU export, we assist with CPNP notification. For Halal certification, we prepare the ingredient documentation your certifying body requires.

Packaging & Labelling
Filling is only one part of the production process. Once filled, products are capped, labelled, wrapped, and packed for dispatch — all in-house. We handle bottle printing (screen, foil, pad), cap engraving (wooden and zinc alloy), cellophane wrapping, and carton packing.
For brands that supply their own packaging components — labels, boxes, caps — we incorporate them into the production line under our Job Work service. For brands using our in-house packaging, we source, print, and assemble everything.

Delivery & Launch
Your finished, packed, and documented product is dispatched directly to you — to your door, your warehouse, or your retailer. We handle UAE local delivery and GCC shipping, and prepare the full export documentation pack for international freight.
And we don’t disappear after delivery. Our brand launch support service covers launch planning, market guidance, distributor introductions, and reorder management — so your first delivery is the beginning of a relationship, not the end of one.
